Text Messaging Program Terms
Program description. Haven Hospitality Collective operates a text messaging program that sends conversational and informational messages to people who have requested contact from us. Message types include responses to your inquiry, appointment and consultation scheduling, delivery of a resource you requested, and, where you have separately opted in, occasional information about our services.
How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting on a form on this site, by texting us first, or by giving express consent verbally or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Conversational messages occur as needed. Where you have opted in to service information, you should expect no more than four messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen years old and the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number.
